Post workout nutrition depends greatly on the type of workout you're doing. If you're doing a HIIT or highly glycolytic workout, you need more carbohydrates and less fat post workout. Protein remains moderate. If you're doing a more aerobic, or more sustainable workout, you don't need as many carbohydrates, and can eat a more balanced macronutrient ratio.
